I would give it no stars but have to so I can post. Never no if they are going to be open. Maybe Friday and Saturday and that's a big maybe. Owners are more concerned about their other business.
Restaurant/bar poorly managed, questionable service. Pulled up for drinks and apps well within their service hours and the place was shut down. Person mowing the lawn on the property appreared to be calling the resort mgmt to see what was up. We took our business down the lake.
Excellent food and service! Some of the best fried fish and shrimp that we’ve had in the area. Loved the baked beans, lodge fries and fry bread also.
Good bar to stop at after a day of ice fishing
If you're going to be a part of the Nelson Lake bar tour, you better be open when you say you'll be open.nBirch Point lost a good amount of business at the bar this week because they just weren't open.
