My nephew lives there. Not a bad place
It's a trailer park... Your average trailer park. As a former military housing inspector... With friends and family living in some of the units.. It's about what you would expect... Didn't contact management. No reason to. Good thing is the people in the area I visited, have a nice neighborhood watch because they have children... So the neighbors know each other. Plenty of local police presence.. So I felt reasonably safe from harm. Would live there if I couldn't afford to buy my own home... Real estate is reasonable in the area so it's fine for temporary housing
Nice houses. Travis and Nick are great at maintenance
