The staff was so friendly and accommodating! They moved our 2 rooms to main floor due to no elevator without hesitation. The rooms were very large and clean. The bathroom is small, but big enough. Their location is perfect for tourists. We would definitely recommend and will stay again!

NOT happy. So when I looked it up online I was a bit surprised to find out it didn’t look as the pics made it. I figured it’s one night, the place is under remodeling so I’ll survive. Pool also didn’t work which really upset my daughter. Let’s move on...... they didn’t wear face masks any of the stuff that is and we’re in the middle of a massive pandemic. We paid online so at this point I’m super guarded and feel stuck to stay . I was sitting a the table and had a little bug crawl on me. I thought maybe it’s from outdoors since we had our boat out, and I had walked in the woods with my daughter. Well then.... my other daughter found one crawling on the bed a little later. I decided I’m going to look it up .... with our a doubt ...... BED BUGS!!!!nnI’m terrified now, my luggage is in the tub bc I read that’s the best place to put it until my husband gets back with the truck and boat so I can take EVERYTHING out to it. I’m scared to death to take them home.nnDO NOT STAY HERE. Like others there were long hairs under the sheets but I assumed it could have been from the housekeepers making the beds. I’m not an over the top nit picker and modest accommodations usually work for me BUT I’ve also NEVERnFound 2 bed bugs within a couple of hours of my stay. Went to the front desk to discuss this and nonOne came

Needed a last minute hotel book they were able to provide that for me! Even though the place was almost booked out the weekend I needed it! Staff was very friendly and amazing! The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. If you run into any issues the manager’s #1 concern is to make the people happy and I can’t express enough how much he provides that. Will definitely visit again. You get what you pay for in this location!

I admit, I was skeptical at first when I read other reviews but I am so glad I chose to stay. I came to Hayward with my Mom and my 3 sisters. We stayed in 2 rooms. The rooms were very clean and the new managers were very accomodating. They took over a few months ago and are trying really hard to change the hotels reputation. They told us they kicked out the unpleasant long term guests and are trying to fix up the place. They say they are going to start remodeling the rooms too. I will definitely staying again when I come to Hayward.

Good place to stay if your not planning on spending much time there. The room was clean and the pool area looked decent. Our sink didn’t drain very well but overall clean and decent. Will use again for a place to stay while fishing the area.
