Very clean, modern, friendly staff, comfortable bed, easy to use remote on TVnWould definitely stay again. Perfect for a fishing trip in the dells. The attachednsteakhouse is awesome!
Overall the rooms were clean and stayable, outdated but as long as there clean i dont mind. The pool was fine but jacuzzi jets did not work. The breakfast was a mess, we specifically asked the night we check in for details, but were just told it start and end time. U need breakfast tickets and only adults get those any kids noted staying do not get to eat, you pay for the kids. I would rather my kids eat then me. So if your bringing children along your best bet is to find somewhere near so everyone can eat!
Where to begin? Black mold in the pool area, stained carpets, TVs that barely worked, black mold in the bathroom, a hotel bar that closes at 930 on a Friday night, a restaurant with one waitress for Sunday breakfast, and all sorts of other awfulness. This hotel was apparently remodeled in the late 90's and they've spent about $50 on upkeep since then.nnWe had heard excellent things about this place before we booked it. Hopefully this review will better inform any future guests.
Norman Rockwell museum, the place is really cool. They have comfortable rooms, a restaurant attached and a nice little conference room for whatever you can imagine. Pretty groovy place
