Major dump. I didn't read the reviews first. We'll sleep in the car long before we stay here. Bates motel is seriously better. Place should be shutdown.

THE MANAGER IS DEFINITELY RUDE HE CANCEL MY FAMILY BOOKING EVEN WHEN HE KNEW WE WAS COMING FROM CHICAGO AND WE WAS A HOUR AWAY FROM HIS MOTEL REMIND YOU CHECK IN TIME IS BETWEEN 3PM AND 12AM ..WE MADE IT TO WISCONSINS AT 9PM AND HE SAID SORRY FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND HE HUNG UP ON ME SMH..NEVER GO HERE WE END UP STAYING IN THE QUALITY INN EDGERTON WHICH WAS WAY BETTER AND PROFESSIONAL!! HE WAS VERY MONEY HUNGRY ALSO, HE START CHARGING MY CARD WHICH I WAS PAYING CASH IN PERSON FOR ROOMS WHICH I CALLED A DAY BEFORE OUR TRIP TRAVEL AND THEY SAID THEY JUST HOLD CARD INFO UNTIL WE GET THERE TO PUTCHASE THE ROOMS AND WE CAN PAY CASH IN PERSON SMH.. The only reason this gets three stars is because it's the cheapest price and does the job for a night's sleep. The mattress was also comfortable and I was surprised there is at least a modern TV. It also had a microwave and fridge in the room. I'm just thankful we arrived later so all we had to do was wash up and sleep. I recommend you do the same should you have the room I did. I saw a small roach on the wall and there were dead bugs on the carpet and sink area. The shower curtain was stained and moldy and the bathtub was dirty. The carpet did not feel clean or washed. I tried not to look around too much because I was scared of what I would see. When I went to bed I just prayed for daylight to come quick so I can get out and move on.

This place is a absolute dump. Manager Kevin was very rude to us to say the least. Told us that he is over worked and didn't have time to clean our room as it was disgusting. Told us we could get a refund. I asked to speak with the owner and he said good luck he doesn't return calls. Kevin was swearing and yelling at us. He was so unprofessional as was the owner

I stay one night and it was just horrible i WOULD NEVER GO BACK the staff are very rude i call them and told them i just check in and the sheets are dirty it was blood on both bed sheets it was dirt on it and it was dead flies on the pillow i couldn't even finish talking because he hang up on me then housekeeping came and just started taking everything off with an attitude
