A fantastic family getaway! Plenty to do right on the property and second's away from a long list of family fun activities and adventures! The rooms are moderately priced and great in size! I will definitely stay again!
Dirty. Really dirty. But, on the bright side, the air conditioning was fantastic, the water pressure and temperature was great, it was super quiet, and the location is great. My advice: bring flip flops to walk around in the room, or else you'll ruin white socks and get yucky black feet. The image is of the bathroom floor dirt after lightly running the towel over it.
Bad. It states that it is pet-friendly, yet when we get there they tell us that they don’t accept pets. We ended up paying more because supposedly the dogs needed their own room. Would not recommend if you are bribing any pets.
Booked 2 nights, receptionist was nice. Once we entered in the room, the floor was dirty. The TV did not work, it kept saying poor connection. The Sink got clogged. There’s no room service due to covid. On the second day, it took 2 hours to get towels and bed sheets. When we checked out on the third day, the dirty bed sheets and garbage was still outside our door.
Dirty room. Closed due to COVID-19 and what was cleaned and maintained? Nothing! Moldy and water stain shower. Spider-webs on the chair. Rusty heater. Chipped wooden cabinet. Hmm what else could I add? Got better things to do then waste time here.
