Really enjoyed our stay here. Large, clean room and absolutely perfect location. 4 hot tubs - 2 inside, 2 outside! Pool was really nice and the workout facility was clean & modern.
Well designed oasis amid touristy Wisconsin Dells. Appropriate Covid-19 protocols. Good breakfast in restaurant. Handy access to the classic Del Bar supper club next door.
The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, location is pretty good . However I really wish the pool hours were different, I'd like to see a limit on how long children can bee in the pool and hot tubs, at least an 830 pm curfew for children in the pool area. Some of us adults would like some peaceful relaxing time in the pool and hot tub. Maybe even more rules on children being supervised by an adult and no rough play. I seen two kids throwing full water bottles around the pool in all directions father just sat there and laughed , that's a safety hazard to other guest.
Having an impromptu family reunion of about 20 at this hotel. Hotel was fantastic. They provided a meeting room for us free of charge and we were able to get breakfast included for no additional cost. They bent over backwards to do whatever we needed including furnishing ice for our ice chests in the meeting room. May make this an annual event.
The hotel was very nice and had a warm feel to it. The room that we stayed in was nice but the room decor could have matched a bit more. The lobby was the best place in the hotel. This hotel also has a computer/ work room that is very helpful. An all around nice hotel.
