This is a budget motel, but if you go in with the right expectations, it's good. We had a room on the lower level, and the walls are pretty thin. Expect to hear conversations from time to time. The beds are decently comfy, there's a microwave and fridge in the room (that surprised me) and a table, which can do for eating or using as a desk. The room was clean, there's a good-sized TV on the wall, and there are a couple of chairs outside each room you can sit on, if you want to enjoy spring/summer weather. There's also a pool, but I didn't try it out. Good location, and check-in was straightforward and easy.

DIRTY! The walls in our room were covered in dirt and smear marks of whatever it was. The beds looked somewhat clean....but judging from the rest of the place i could only assume they were not. There were no smoking signs everywhere...but all you could smell were air freaheners trying to cover the smell of smoke. The carpets were outdated and dirty throughout the hotel. Holes in the walls and in our bathroom door. There was not any staff around except for an individual in a really smelly office. I did not feel safe there with my family. The pool was not open for maintenance reasons...but even if it was....it looked terrible. Unkept and outdated. This place is very poorly maintained! I highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. I only wish i would have taken pictures but we stayed out of the hotel as much as we could until we had to sleep.

When you know what you're expecting it's good. Don't pay too much for it. It's a run of the mill motel. Not smokey, pretty quiet and easy check in. The beds are all right. Internet is solid, there's an ok TV and there's AC.

Great location, if you don't care about your health or safety. The whole building smells excessively of mold and mildew, which isn't surprising, considering there is black mold in the bathroom (and probably everywhere, but that's not the point). They only clean the rooms once a week because the owners literally don't care. It looks like nothing else has been cleaned in years. (To be fair, the live in manager is doing everything he can, and just painted the bathrooms but he is only one person) The lock on the back door was missing and we could open it with no key. The heated indoor pool had potential to make up for things, but it was broken (with no possible date of being reopened).
