I'm sure it would be better if it wasn't pandemic season. Some of the blankets were worn out, and were in need of replacement. But, to be fair, all hotels are hemorrhaging money during these difficult times. The water park was perfect for my young children, it was warm, and just exciting enough to be fun but not scary. I had a great experience.

Seemed a little annoyed on the front end when we mentioned this - everything in the room is moist to the touch. The carpet is actually wet. It reeks of mold. I am not in any way exaggerating this. It was room 117.nnWe are now moved to room 118 - it is still damp and smells but not nearly as bad. There is a weird brown splatter in ceiling.nnCertain rooms seem to have moisture problems.nnStaff aren’t the most professional at front desk.nnIn- BUTnn- the hotel does look overall very well kept and clean otherwise and the little waterparks look fun for younger kidsnn- love the old dolphins and decor around the pools is very very cool.nn- lots of lounge chairsnn- big open grassy area

Check in was easy and the lady at the counter was friendly. Our room was clean but had an extremely harsh fruity/ chemical smell. Fun pool for younger kids and in a good location. The walls where thin tho and you can hear everyone and everything so if your a light sleeper this may not be the hotel for you

Friendly clean ud83dudc4cnUpdatednThere vent in the bathroom is leaking from the ceiling in the jacuzzi suite 100. They gave us an upgraded room. Not the best way to start my birthday but at least they were helpful.

Clean resort. Pool was fun. Kids had a blast. Geared towards younger kids, but fun overall for all ages.
