My husband and I go out there to work alot. When we are looking for a decent place to stay without the craziness of a water park, this is where we stay. Sometimes we bring our children and sometimes we don't. The time we were out there by ourselves we rented a room with a king bed. The room and bathroom were great. The bed and pillows were so comfy. Clean room and bathroom. The time we brought our kids, we got a double queen. To me the beds were a little less comfy but that's just me. I wouldn't classify it as a complaint against Ramada. I would definitely stay there again. I never have any issues. Oh, the cleaning staff has been great, as well.
Covid killed this place..no house keeping have to put trash and towels outside of the room and pickup towels at desk and generic breakfast not worth the cost
The rooms very clean and loved the air pruifer pouch hanging on the wall. Made the room so fresh and clean. The bathroom was a little tiny but still very nice. Definitely will stay again..
The staff was so nice! Very clean! Saved us from horrible Mt. Olympus. Nice hot tub and cute pool. Very nice! ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
The hotel was over all decent. Used the lobby restroom upon arrival, there was no soap or paper towels. In the age of Rona, this is not a good thing.nThe customer service while checking in was generally good. The room itself, a whirlpool suite, was nice. It was big and smelled clean. The Iorn provided stopped working halfway through ironing our clothes. The blowdryer was detached from the wall and sitting on the sink but was easily reattached. The bed was comfortable but nothing spectacular. Overall the room was good for the price.
