We had a great experience with Element Exteriors. They were prompt, courteous and did a great job. They even did two different supervisors come to be sure everything was done right and the clean-up was thorough.
If Jeff Bailey makes you sign an insurance proceeds contract please think twice about it. This company is nothing more that a storm chasing roofer company. He will say look at the google reviews and see how many 5 stars I got. If you need to find a roofer use a better one like nMc exteriors or find one that’s been in business for a few years.nnNo need to lock yourself into a contract with this company!
Jeff was great to work with. Every time I called he would answer and the one or two times he didn’t answer, he called me right back. We had a new roof installed. As far as the quality goes, I don’t know because I’m not going up on the roof.
I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone for their roofing needs. I got a competitive quote quickly after my request and also got on their schedule timely. The whole project took less than 2 days and the team (especially Jeff) was great at communicating all the steps along the way. My city even mixed up closing a work permit and I didn’t realize until several months after the work was complete and the team at Element Exteriors had it taken care of so quickly! Element should definitely be the call for all of your roofing needs.
Super impressed with the service received. Called John about fixing our gutter that had come loose (and was just a small breeze away from falling off). He was able to get one of his guys out ASAP to take a look. Randy serviced our gutter and did a fantastic job! He was on-time, super friendly and efficient with his work. We are grateful to have had it fixed in less than 24 hours, just in time for a big rainstorm. We are new to Stillwater and will absolutely be recommending these guys. Thanks again!
