Horrible property owners. Evicted me while I was battling stage 4 breasts cancer my husband left me and my kids went to their grandparents due to how I'll I was. I wasn't behind in rent or anything they said they didn't like me that was way Then the next year proceeded to evict my mother bc my baby Brother who Battles schizophrenia. And he wasn't on the lease nor were they willing to put him in it. My mother had been there for over 25 years on disability and widowed.nnDon't move to their property's. If you wanted a nice place. Because these people are farthest from that.
Love the people I know who live here!!! Everyone I have run into walking around this court have been friendly and helpful. I have heard complaints that you pay for water (FROM A WELL!), I have owned a place with a well, there is minimal cost for electricity for well water.nWhen I have driven the roads in this court I have been very disappointed in the condition of the roadway. I always have a fear of breaking something in my suspension due to the condition of the road. I remember a time when my mom lived here the roads were well kept, but the neighborhood wasn't as friendly , thankful for that change . I have been visiting out here since the mid 80s, now if only the road could be repaired well, then it would be more suitable for recommending to friends and family who want to move into the area!
Inexpensive lot rent. Does not cover trash water or utilities. Now owed by a corporation and it shows. Run like a business not as community oriented as it was.
