Right outta the gate.....the people that run the place are so very friendly. It's rare to be treated so well by hotel staff. I came to Wisconsin to ride in the practice at cedar lake arena. I'm coming back next weekend for the race....and I tell you what. I'm going to make reservations before I leave for next weekend. This place is awsome!

Amazing stay!! The owner was so nice, she showed us some upgrades they were making. The best experience I have had in a hotel in a long time. The rooms are beautiful with new decor and beds. Our room had a beautiful canopy bed. We cannot wait to stay again!

If you need some place cheap for a night this is your hotel, if you want something nice this is not the place. Room was supposed to have 2 queen size beds, they were only full size. Carpeting was dirty. No elevator. Walls were dirty. Bathroom was clean enough. No ice machine. To get ice you need to talk to the front desk who then would only give you enough ice for 2 glasses at a time. Covid-19 had shut down their breakfast and pool. The other hotels we stayed at had both breakfast and pool open.

I was expecting more with this hotel, but we had a nice stay there. Rooms were fairly basic, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. We had a patio area which was nice. The hotel locks up by 10 or 11which we were not expecting. There is a phone to contact staff to open the doors. The staff was very very friendly and accommodating.

We were very disappointed with our stay. It was not disclosed when I made the reservations that the pool and breakfast areas are closed due to covid. The reservation I made was for two queens beds, but our room had two full beds instead and the room was much more run down than the pictures showed on their website. After my complaint, we were upgraded to the room I had originally reserved, but I was told there would be an extra charge. Again, I had to dispute this, as I had the reservation confirmation showing the two queen with the lower price. The room we were upgraded to was much nicer than the first room. The south entrance of the building had piles of garbage which had been torn apart and scattered.nIt is my understanding the building was just recently purchased and they are making upgrades. I am not sure we would go back, but some of the upgrades we did see were nice.
