Electric baseboard heat took 3 hours to make room comfortable. Coffee packets did not fit coffee machine. Carafe was missing. Nice shower. No breakfast. Corners just seemed to be cut everywhere.

Not “pet friendly” as they say they are. Shortly after we made it, by foot, to Hudson downtown with our dog remaining in our room - set up for success with food, his bed, a favorite toy, and relaxing lighting - we got a call alleging that he had escaped the room and was wandering the lobby. I ran a mile and a half back to the hotel to find nothing and no one there. When I rang the desk phone, one of the owners finally appeared to tell me that she didn't know where he was because she's scared of dogs (“pet friendly?”), but guessed that he was in our room. She called her co-owner who also couldn't account for our dog's whereabouts. They lectured me about leaving him alone, though the typo-ridden pet contract contradicts itself by both saying that pets cannot be left unattended while also indicating that I would get a call if he barked while I was out. All the while I was panicked wondering where he was. I ran up to my room and unlocked the door to find him laying on his bed. He was hyped to see me, for sure, and the door handle is a hinge that a dog could conceivably open, but I don’t believe for a second that he escaped. They just didn’t really want him there. And even if he did get out, the owners clearly did not value his life. “Pet friendly.”

I should have checked the 3.4 stars 1st before I stayed here. Don't let abuse your credit card because they will put smoking charges are your Room after you leave town. Next the 75 bucks when people leave down it's a pretty good take for being dishonest. They had no services no breakfast or coffee nothing to go. I deafly would not stay here again

We arrived at the hotel and the lady at the desk was nice as pie.. she was accommodating and very helpful.. we had 2 small dogs with us. We went out for dinner and we received a call that the dogs were whining.. We immediately came back with In 15 minutes of the call.. I went to the desk and the same lady was working and she was so RUDE to me.. I apologized about the dog and assured her it would not happen again as we would be with the dogs.. Still RUDE and threatened to kick us out.. The at 2:15 am I am awoken by screaming and fighting in the hallway in front of our door.. I called down to the desk and the man that answered said he was taking care of it.. Well not soon enough these people were fighting and arguing for 30 minutes.. it was obvious to us that these people were on drugs.. they had people coming and going stall hours and they were all loud and rude. We visit Hudson often but will never be staying here again and do not recommend it.. We did not feel safe and left as soon as the sun came up.
