Clean. Nothing fancy but it was comfortable to sleep in. Never 1 time in 2 days did we see an employee anywhere. And there were lots people running up and down the hallways at 10pm. Rooms were freezing when we checked in.

I just stayed one night. But when I had first arrived no one is ever at the desk, their was a lady complaining about needing to switch rooms do to issues so she needed a 3rd room. I was a little concerned at that point. I had made a reservation online with all my card info they asked for another card to put on file which I refused. I get told I need to talk with more authority in my voice, and harassed about no smoking in the room which I had told them im not a smoker nor do I have a smoking room and im pregnant. I get to the room their was hair on the sheets when I pulled them back and their shower was broken. I slept good the room was comfortable and fitting for a one night stay. I woke up to an employee trying to walk into my room after a quite knock and I had the latch closed so he couldn't just walk in. I open the door he just said sorry and walked away fast. I made coffee only to realize that they don't provide sugar or cream. When I checked out no one was at the counter they just told me to leave the key and go.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 days and it was amazing. The staff was very attentive but kept their distance, and the room was cleaned every time we came back from our daily adventures. Will return.

Rice in the elevators and hallways, multiple stains on the bed, no water pressure in the shower and overcharged for the stay which was previously reserved. There's no one attalending the front desk a majority of the time.nnWe noticed rice in the hallways and elevator that remained there during our stay. No stickers, cards or sanitation stations to be found anywhere on the property.nnWe will not be returning...
