It’s a clean neighborhood and people are friendly, but you need to plan on your water being turned off and not always being notified about every 2-3 months. Also you will loose power 1-2 times a year or more. The water going off is also in the morning time right when you need it, not at night when everybody is sleeping. You also cannot let packages sit by the door or on your porch they are likely to be stolen.
If they could fix the water problem it would be a lot better!
It's clean quiet and has that homie feel you know??
