So my aunt is looking for a mobile home or manufactured home to move into. She is on Social Security and this was one of the 1st places I recommend for her because they seem clean and nice,but we were treated very rude. The lady never would schedule an appointment to meet with us.. my aunt doesn't text or use emails and clearly there was some misunderstanding from both parties but the lady looked down on my aunt and that was obviously by her tone of voice and outright communication. She said that my aunt stood no chances at all because she didn't make three times the lot fee. And stated that they did no renting whatsoever to anyone but as we were walking out of the door, she admitted that there was one family in the place that was renting. I felt so judged and looked at as trash because we weren't rolling around with over $1,800 dollars a month. People like that should not be working in a field where they have to act superior or that they are better than anyone. Shame on you trailer park manager.! Some people have clearly gone through tough times in their lives and not had a silver spoon in her mouth her whole life. May karma be with you.

We were going to close on a mobile home here but dealing with the manager was absolute hell we asked 4 times for the HOA bylaws and she refused to give them to us everytime my fiance or I spoke with her she was rude and short there's no way I would purchase a home there and have to deal with that all the time so we back out of the sale if you're considering his property because of its great location think again if Becky is still the manager

Was going to get a trailer there cash in hand but did not close on sale due to the manager Becky, dealing with her was literal hell, do not move here if she is still the manager. She was very rude, and down right mean and nasty. I'm not sure if it is a mental health thing given the other reviews but her behavior was honestly borderline bizarre. She is the only reason we backed out of the sale.

Nice place to live besides manager Becky Blacklaw she is rude nothing nice, like if she owns the place !!
