Room was clean and as website described. Company put us there for a week. Kitchenette was very useable. Staff was helpful and kind. Cleaned common areas often. Pet friendly. Would stay again

It's a great place to stay if you wanna save some money or if you have a long stay like I did. They have a weekly rate or a month rate. We stayed here for 3 weeks until we get our house. The bad thing is that they only do house keeping every 14 days but they never did one in my hole stay. You can change your towels only from 4pm to 6pm so if you have to work it's not gonna be possible to change them. The front desk is not open mostly NEVER, there is a phone in the front which is not SAFE AT ALL WITH THIS COVID SITUATION that you can call them and they sometimes help you. They always open that front desk door at 11am for check out and 3pm for check in. Today I was going to do my check out but the person that was on the front never open the front desk door even when I was knocking the door and I called 2 times with the disgusting phone on the front. So I leave, did not did a check out. You can hear everything from the side rooms and the upper rooms. People smoke in their rooms even when they charge for it and you will have that odor in your room. People doesn't practice social distancing in the elevator so we used to use the stairs. The bed is a full size. Overall if you want a cheap price that's wort it... That's why I gave a 4 star because the price wasn't bad.

I've lived at the Ogden Woodspring Suites with my mom for 3 1/2 years. Courtney, the current manager, gets a lot of flack but she is awesome. She holds her team together and goes above and beyond for her guests and the hotel. We love her.

They did not honor the price and situation I discussed over the phone. Even after I verified it twice with the woman on the phone. There was no loyalty to the arrangements previously made. That was very disappointing as I am on a fixed income and planned my trip specifically based on what I thought the price was. I was told an emotional support animal was free and as it turns out they are not. I'm not someone who claims my dog is emotional support just for personal gain, he truly is. I have severely compromised health and my dog supports me through it all. Twice the woman told me not to worry that he would not cost extra. I brought all the appropriate paperwork and they did not honor the deal I was given over the phone.
