Super quaint hotel, the woman at the front desk was not only friendly, she was helpful,funny and informative. Plus.. the covid rules in place let families have the entirety of the pool and spa to themselves for hour long durations. For 80 bucks a night, you wouldnt really ask for more.
Room was fine. It was nice and quiet.
We have stayed here many times over the years. We always come back because the rates are good, rooms are clean and staff very accommodating. Having Breakfast included is a bonus and time saver for us. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Ladysmith.
Overall was good experience....a little high on price but a nice hotel. When we checked in was not the warmest welcome but their manager Steve was very helpful on the phone. Im on the road about 5-6 days a week and always try to find an AmericInn as they are usually very accommodating....nnphone....
Was a nice unplanned place to stay, bed was a bit stiff for my personal liking but id stay again
