MynParents had ToddnDo both there home and two garagesnAnd I had them do my house and barn with metal roofing they did jobs quickly and on time scale that they provided also with in estimate that was provided I know my parents and my self were very happy with work they did and they even did good job flushing metal around my silos on my barn roof
A call was placed to request an estimate for a leak on my mother in laws roof. I mentioned it was somewhat urgent as she is selling her home and needed it fixed as soon as possible and to please call as soon as they could. It is now over a week later and still no return call has been received. I have a hard time understanding how contractors/businesses can continue to do this and not respond to messages. If you are busy and unable to assist then at least return the call to inform customers of that! I am sad that this is felt as acceptable. We found another roofing company who responded SAME day.

Do not rent a shop or building from him. My place and about 15 other shops were broken into and I did not receive notice that they were. I found out after I showed up and called Todd and asked and he said it happened 2 weeks prior. I had to replace the door locks as he said he wouldn't be able to because he didn't have time. He's very unprofessional and a crappy landlord. If you value your stuff don't rent or do business with him.nnHe is the same guy that runs the shop rentals and roofing business. I also had him do some roofing at my place before all this happened and stuff wasn't right and water leaked inside my house and had to call a different company to fix the problem. Todd does the quotes and has Mexicans come out and do the work and can't talk to the people because they don't understand english.
