I used to manage this park and the owner is a very pompous individual. They would charge people extra for water. They have a massive leak that’s flooding the entire park. They have FAKE cameras up because they are too cheap to get real ones. The owner has stolen things from tenants and even robbed a disabled veteran. I would not recommend doing any business with them.
