The estimate was a little above others that I had gotten but he was able to meet my time constraints so I went with him. Big mistake. Two days after the job was done we a a large rain storm and water poured through my bedroom ceiling. When I called to tell him this he said that you can expect that when you get a rain that size. I was shocked and said That before I hired him I had a leaky roof and now I paid my hard earned money to have a leaky roof. He said I should gets some silicone caulk and hit the seams of the flat roof section and around the chimney. I said I feel like you should probably come back and do the needed repairs . He said he wouldn’t because he didn’t make much money on the job in the first place . So I got up on the roof and I saw the problem immediately that he had laid rubber roofing with an uphill seam. Go elsewhere unless you would like to replace a leaky roof with another very expensive leaky roof
