Absolutely terrible customer service. I had 2 nights reserved & was told I could pay on the day of check out, all done over the phone... itinerary number & all. When I arrived, The very disrespectful customer service woman, attempted to charge my card upon check-in. After I explained to her what was already worked out over the phone, she contacted her boss who then told me I needed to leave the hotel if I couldn’t pay today. What a wonderful thing to happen to somebody during a pandemic with no place to go!!! They weren’t even willing to work with me. I was told that I had to leave the office immediately. I was being extremely pleasant, simply trying to figure out how this could’ve happened.nnTry to avoid this hotel/motel at all costs. Quality inn right next-door, is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean, updated, and the workers are very friendly. It’s also pet friendly! A night and day difference between the quality Inn and that horrible horrible motel 8!nnPS. Very bad smell of cat urine in office of Motel8.
Convenient,close to the interstate,but all roads under construction, some streets do not exist.
Nice staff , decent rooms for the price. Great location
I loved it because it was handicap friendly and around many restaurants like Chili's and Panda Express and stores like Blaine's Farm and Fleet. I felt instantly at home there.
