Place looks takin care of. Nice and quite. The beds are comfortable. Staff were polite. I do miss the hot breakfast that most places use to have before covid; however they do have a few choices of breakfast items so all not lost on that front lol.

The front desk attendant was extremely dismissive when I alerted him to my medical exemption for not wearing a mask. After complying to hold a mask in front of my face the attendant proceeded to cancel my reservation after the the agreement had been signed and asked me to leave. (No swearing, no raised voice, no threats)nFinally after reasoning with the attendant for 15 minutes he gave me my room keys.nThe room was fine, no problems, no smell and it was in great shape with comfortable beds. This hotel is a fine place to stay but there staff needs to be briefed on medical exemptions and ADA compliance during the pandemic. These actions open up the establishment to legal action.nnThe response to this complaint is very disingenuous. An individualized targeted response would be appropriate, not a stock copied and pasted response from previous complaints. A personal phone call would be more appropriate.

The room was not cleaned properly, sheets were not changed, there was hair all over and unknown particles all over the bed. Completely disgusting. Would not recommend staying there.

Clean room, convenient location, great price & comfortable beds. Really comfortable beds, honestly that's about all I require of a hotel. We did have to park on the street because we had a trailer but that is a very minor thing. I recommend staying here ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

No way this is a 4 star hotel. Climate control is below average. Small entertainment, spring beds, smells unsanitary, doors that are held together by splinters & glue, old soaps leftover from previous guests, towels that can be used as a SOS pad, no amenities. Price is too high for a 2 star hotel. Came in a little late do to road construction and no late checkout. I'm a DIAMOND MEMBER, this place needs to clean up their act.
