This Hotel was great the pool is warmed! Also inside right by your rooms! When I first got there I had a one issue with my for opening, but then the front desk moved me into a suit by the pool! great service! Great people! And wonderful beds!!
The staff is great! Our organization has been able to rely on the staff and the facilities for the past 3 years as we’ve had more travel then ever before. They have made it much easier to be away from home.
Enjoyed our stay here. Other then lack of attention to detail on trash left in our room in strange places our bed was clean and our bathroom also. Very nice and peaceful. Do to who ever cleans the rooms is the reason for my 2stars other then that nice price and convenient location off the highway with alot of parking
Many amenities listed at booking are not available. No hot tub, hotel bar/restaurant (closed), breakfast was a pack of hostess mini donuts and a juice box. Would’ve stayed elsewhere had I known.
The service and rooms were in good shape. Morning to go breakfast was junk and would better off going to get your own. Disappointed that the hot tub was closed but the pool was open due to covid.nThe most upsetting experience I received was the lack of knowledge from management. I was charged 40.72 (random charge) and had to call to confront them. The manager worked with me and said she refunded it. Then check my bank account she charged me again! Today I check my bank account and the charges went through so the never returned it. I find this lack of professionalism along with loyalty. I personally will never stay here again because I do not TRUST them with my card information. Now I’m stuck calling my bank and having them try to correct the problem.
