The hotel reaked of marajuana, the TV went out for two nights, the lights flickered, the housekeeping staff came into the room using their own key and we were still in bed, the keys didn't work for the doors, the vending machines didn't work, and the staff forgot that my fiancee was in my reservation and gave him a hard time. Gave them 1 star because the breakfast was good.
Friendly & courteous staff and very clean rooms slept really well first time in a long time
The towels in the bathroom were used so I went to Walmart and bought my own I didn’t even want to test my chances with the bed so I bough extra blankets so I wouldn’t have to lay on their sheets. The room felt icky when we turned the AC on it blew a mildew smell so we also bought some fabreeze to eliminate the smell w went out and got some Culver’s opened the fridge to put out food in it and it had a can of coke soda in it so I assume no one cleaned the fridge the shower curtain was dirty. Over all it was a bad experience and I now know why people steer clear of the microtel never again !!!! Luckily it was just for one night l. I came in town to celebrate a family function worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Excellent, what a traveler's rest should be. Clean, quite, comfortable, no nonsense place to stay at a reasonable price. Don't expect room service because that's not what this place is for. Breakfast is simple but filling, staff friendly, slept like a baby during my stay. I will be back to a Microtel during my travels.
