We are thrilled with the end results of the custom home construction done by Phillips Contracting. They communicated well, and worked with us to keep costs low. The quality of the work is excellent from top to bottom. Anytime we had a concern, question, or request, it was met with understanding and the issue was solved. They were also extremely flexible with last minute changes. We would definitely work with them again.

Phillips Contracting (Owner: Andy Phillips) put a new roof on my Victorian home, not an easy task by any means considering the steep pitch and high elevation. My home is within the Historic District and Andy took care of the paperwork with the Historical Committee promptly. Andy took us through the various options and recommended the 50 year GAF shingle. Andy and his crew replaced the entire roof which included three porches, two sections of flat roof, and various eyebrow roofing patterns. Phillips Contracting had to rebuild the side porch trusses and deck because it was covered in rot. They did an excellent job. The crew did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend Phillips Contracting.

We just had a new roof put on after the hail storm back in April. I didn't know who to call because we are new to the area so a friend of ours told us about Phillips Contracting. I called the owner, Andy, and asked him if he would mind stopping by to take a look at our roof to see if there was any damage. Andy drove close to an hour to take a look at our house and it was determined that there was damage left by the hail storm. I made a call to my insurance company and Andy provided me with an estimate to get the work done. One of Andy's employees brought us a sample portfolio of shingles to look at and within 2 weeks there was a team at my house ready to give it a face-lift. The crew showed up bright and early and these guys were amazing. They worked from sun up, until sun down and I was so impressed with how meticulous they were with every detail of our roof. They came back for day two and finished up the job. The roof looks beautiful and there wasn't a speck of dirt left behind by their crew. I would highly recommend Andy and his crew for any jobs that need to be done at your home. He is first class and his team members are truly professionals and great at what they do. I will be hiring Andy and his team for more projects that we need to get done because I know that it will get done right. Andy and his crew took on a huge project when they agreed to re-roof our 170 year old Masonic Hall. Now called the John M. Evans Hall. Crazy slopes and huge area. Many layers of shingles of various types (slate, cedar shingles and composite) needing to be removed. Toiling in the rain and wind, they did the impossible! The roof is beautiful and was accomplished under budget. Highly recommend this outfit.
