Mikala is the manager for this park and amazing! She truly goes above and beyond to help her tenants. She is very understanding and willing to work with you, so long as you keep open, honest communication! Lot rent is very reasonable and water, sewage, and trash removal are all included! I see why the waitlist is so long. Great, clean little community she has cultivated!
Great trailer community. Close to all of the in town shopping. Mikala is a great manager, always respectful and easy to get along with. People here are friendly and the park is clean.
I have lived here many years,before that it was my parents family home for many many years after my parents passed away I inherited the home,i have loved living here the park manager we have now is awesome very kind and will help you no questions asked...consider living here very nice lots and home's
It's a nice quiet and clean community. The manager is very respectful and really cares about what she does!
The manager here is very friendly, extremely helpful and goes out of her way for anyone who has questions or needs help.
