Beloit Bicycle Co is a great place. I go there for all of my bike needs; tune ups, tire changes etc. Greg has experience and gave me triathlon advice. They go above and beyond for customer service. The owners were on vacation and I was looking for cycling shoes. He told me to send him a pic of the shoes and he would let me know if they would be a good fit, this was while he was on vacation.
I brought my bike in for a flat tire. The repair was quick and Greg even did some extra work to make it more functional. I'm very happy with the turnaround time and price. I'll be returning for all my bike repairs.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the shop is laid back and they have a good variety of parts and bikes.
Great place for anyone to go to buy a quality bike! Fair price, tons of knowledge, no pressure sales. Ought my bike yesterday and I'll be back Monday to buy one for my wife! Great experience for sure.
bbc my go to for the majority of my bicycle needs. Greg is easy to work with, a great communicator, and is passionate about cycling. He’s intuitive, inventive, and always has his customer’s needs in sight.
