I was making a minor purchase for a couple of nuts for my bike's front tire axle. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly smiling woman. She immediately went to the back of the store and came out a couple of minutes later with two nuts. I could see they were not brand new, but I didn't care. I asked her how much I owed her for them and she said nothing. I told her I had to pay her something, so I gave her a $5 bill. I know it is not easy running your own business in these trying times and I told her she could use the five dollars. I am very appreciative of them having the store and being so customer oriented. Awesome service. Very happy with my bike
I brought my bike into the shop for maintenance, specifically a tire repair. While in the shop, Frankie cared for a few minor adjustments I hadn't noticed. Since the adjustments took him just minutes, he didn't charge me. That's the type service that will bring me back to the shop for my next repair work or bike purchase.
