Terrible service. The 18-24 year old kids they have running their repair service have NO CLUE what they're doing. Took my bike in to have the worn out tread replaced. They put a tubeless tire on a rim that isn't rated for tubeless tires. When I brought it back to have them fix it they told me "all tires leak" and that they would have to quarantine my bike before they could even work on it. TOTAL BS! Had to take it to a different bike shop to get it fixed.

I took my bike in at the start of the season with all the dirt and grime of TWO YEARS worth of hard riding and very little service or cleaning done on my own. My bike was a mess. I picked it up looking shiny and new and riding like a champ. The staff took the time to explain any mechanical issues they found, and they gave me some pointers on keeping things clean and tight and greased. I was very happy with their service and their helpful and friendly employees. Pricing on parts and labor was reasonable. Overall these guys did a great job. I continue to use them for regular service and repairs.
