I have owned a RS-33 for several years, and two of my three sons also own Waterford bikes. Waterford bikes are, bar none, the best bicycle in the world. I recently damaged the paint on the underside of my top tube, and called Waterford to try and figure out how to fix it. Everyone I spoke with was very, very helpful, patient and NICE, which is something that is in short supply these days. Thanks!
Best bicycles on the planet. Period......
I have ridden a Waterford RS22 for 14 years, logging about 4K miles per year. It’s a great bike, but was showing its age, cosmetically. I recently had Waterford repaint the bike and apply new decals. It’s a work of art. They did a great job, with only a two week turn-around. Much faster than most high-end frame painters.
My road bike is 18 years old and still rides like new. Great bike.
