Be aware of your bank account breach! On 16th of November, 2020 my colleague and myself stopped at this location late evening on our way back to San Diego. There was a young guy on the front desk who asked for our debit cards during registration (it was a business trip, so, our company paid for that stay). My colleague refused to provide his debit card. Unfortunately, I was too tired to listen to the conversation and when the employee asked for my debit card for registration I gave it to him. I was wondering though why did they require my debit card. He insisted by telling something about the rules. A week later my bank flagged several transactions on my account. Somebody called and made unauthorized money transfer between our two linked accounts and then attempted to withdraw about $1500 and some other smaller amounts of money from my bank account that was associated with the debit card. I immediately reported this incident to Holiday Inn Express headquarters. They never responded. Bottom line. You are on your own in terms of your financial safety with this particular location or maybe with the entire Holiday Inn Express brand.

Exceptional customer service. We came in late and they were very helpful with food suggestions, extra bedding and towels and check in to get settled in our room quickly for a good night of sleep. Very clean and updated rooms. Quiet. Rooms on the back side had a beautiful view.

Hi, I stayed here with my mom and dad and it did not cost them one extra one extra penny for me . I know I’m going to cost them a lot more as I get older . The staff behind the counter rubbed my ears and patted my head. It was my first time riding an elevator so I barked a little and no one complained. And the best part was when we got in after a 12 Hour drive , The awesome employees let my mom and dad know there was a dog park right across the parking lot so I could run around and play ball. The rooms are very clean, and everyone who works there was extremely friendly and so helpful .

One of two nicer hotels in the area. The other one being Hampton Inn. These hotels appear to be in a safe are located away from the main strip. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. We visited during Covid so the pool, gym and bar sitting area were closed. Staff and most guests wore masks. The breakfast items were individually wrapped and well stocked. We were skeptical about staying in a hotel during the quarantine but they did a good job of keeping things clean.
