I had a reservation. Motel 6 knowingly put me in a room without heat, without telling me there was no heat, and not offering a blanket or heater. The temperature outside was 30 deg f. Once I froze for a while, I went to the front desk. The Motel 6 associate at the desk confirmed that there was no heat because that floor had not been switched over from air conditioning to heat yet. I understand how that works, but you do not intentionally put someone in a room without heat. Then, I was offered me the "last" space heater.
This is a failure of management, not the associate or facility.
Comfortable bed. The phone receiver is DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY like its never even been wiped down. There was an air conditioner in the window that was sealed in, so cold air just kept coming in the room no matter how hard the heater was running. Could be a nice place but it definitely needs a lot of work for comforts sake.
Good easy to find. Helpful staff even if it was late at night. Rooms were ok, got enough sleep so it did its job, good price for being middle of almost nowhere.
I would give them 4.5 stars because the establishment is well maintained and clean. Unfortunately the management treats guests strangely like most of the hotels in Deming, if you have even one visitor at night, they claim you have too much 'traffic" like you're some kind of drug dealer!! Otherwise it's a pleasant
Very friendly, and good customer service. Lovely girls and pleasant to speak to. Specially Monique! She's awesome!!!
