I cannot say enough great things! We bought a new home at the beginning of the year. We were made aware of a leak in our roof by the inspector. New Horizon came out as soon as possible and gave us a very thorough/ comprehensive quote. Martin took the time to assess things that other companies didn't even take the time to look at. He provided us pictures of all issues, explained why they were an issue, how the work should properly be done, and what they would do to remedy the issue. He worked with us to ensure the work would be within our budget. He and the crew were out here very quickly to complete a roof replacement, 2 chimney rebuilds, and to install new gutters and fascia boards. The crew worked SO hard, respected our yard, and did an AMAZING job with clean up. Martin was here every day ensuring the crews were taking care of all of our needs and even came out on days when no work was being performed to answer any questions we had and to go over what future work would be completed. The communication, responsiveness, professionalism, and overall quality of work far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company for all roofing and gutter needs!

Highly recommend. Excellent customer service. They came out the next day after we called to look at our roof/vent leak. They took the time to really look at the problem, explain it, in detail, and got it fixed very quickly. They were a pleasure to work with.

I hired New Horizon to replace my roof as my garage was leaking. They were quick to get started and did an excellent job.nnHowever, due to a dispute between them and the dumpster company they hired I received a notice of intent to lien on my house 3 months after the project was completed. This was resolved without a lien being placed on my property, but as I was caught off-guard by this without any warning and my girlfriend had to be the mediator between the two companies I was very annoyed. Martin has contacted me since to apologize and said they will no longer use said dumpster company.

We would like to let everyone know that we hired this company to replace the roof on my house. I had three estimates and they were the most reasonable. My husband and I were really impressed as to how efficient they were, they also promised to get the job done in a timely manner, in which they did. We can not say enough on how professional and polite and how they respected our property. The clean up process was just as phenomenal as their work. So we highly recommend this company above any other, if you want your roof not to leak, and to have a VERY professional crew! Thank you New Horizon LLC Crew for our beautiful roof
