Mathers just finished a complete exterior redo of our home, soffit, fascia and seamless steel siding. The guys were polite, professional and oh so knowledgeable. They completed the job down to the most minute detail. Even if I wanted to complain about something, I just couldn't find the smallest thing wrong with the finished product. We had new screen and main doors replaced on our home and they did an excellent and professional job. We love our new doors!
Their customer service is as bad as you get, not responsive, pretty much not existent.nUnfinished job. (What they do end up doing is done right though).nTheir quotes are sketchy, they’ll tell you how a job will be done and in the end you only get half of what was promised/quoted.nJob took a ridiculous amount of time to get started and another couple months to finish the job. Job was quoted as a 2 day job.nnQuality of job 4/5nService 0/5nTime frame promised 0/5nLies about what the job will cover. 5/5nExample: “leaf guards are standard on our gutters installation and are included in the price”nThen you check the gutters and no leaf guards as promised, after that they refuse to finish the job and they send you the bill. They give you a time frame to pay it or they’ll charge an extra late fee. The irony...
