Finally found the bike that I wanted at the Trek Store of Stevens Point. It was quite a search during this time of high bike demand. The pick up was seamless, customer service was excellent!!
The staff at our local Trek store have always been a great help whenever I have had questions. When buying my first Trek bike they ran me through a ton of questions to make sure I got the bike that best fit me and the biking I was doing. I will befinately return for future bike needs!
The staff is amazing, great guys to talk to and work with. Very knowledgeable, exceptional customer service.
We absolutely love our Trek bikes! And the service at the store is always amazing. Whenever we stop in, it feels more like we're visiting old friends than a retail location. If you need a bike of superior quality, and you want to deal with superior people, this is your store.
Very disappointed talked to jake aka manager had a 1:00 appointment stood around for 15 minutes still no service 3 employees standing around looking at each other had high intentions on buying 2 bikes but I guess they lost a sale went somewhere else
