Today I went in and was helped by Dan M. I was quite impressed with his knowledge of product and his ability to help me find the answers to some problems that I was having with Dick’s Sporting Goods. I bought a camp chef Smoker from Dick’s that was defective. I was two days late to receive a full refund for my purchase. Dan was able to give me an in-store credit and find a grill that I was happy with. He worked around the numbers and made sure my grill would be delivered tomorrow. He also threw in a very nice weber cover. It was very nice and refreshing to have an associate that actually cared about his customers. He went above and beyond to ensure I left the store with a smile. Thank you for everything you did Dan, it was much appreciated.

If I could give this place a minus 5 star review I would. The customer service is terrible. Was going to talk to someone about buying a new shaft for my driver and the old guy there didn't know come here from sick em. He claims their simulator was down so I couldn't even try drivers out. Lost my business for sure.

Good sales. Took a while to get help by the putters but once we did the salesperson was very helpful. Quick check out too.
