From the beginning we felt like we were in good hands. Our initial meeting was very thorough. ARC went into our attic for a full inspection and came very close to the original estimate. One of the nicest jobs I’ve seen done on a roof. They made sure we were happy. They followed up and took our input seriously. Not sure what else you could look for in a contracting company. I will have them do it again if I’m alive in 50 more years! Definitely will consider ARC for doors and windows as well.

We are so impressed with ARC Contracting. We asked them to come out and look at our gutters, expecting to be charged for whatever repairs were necessary. They ended up doing minimal repairs and didn’t charge us anything at all for their time. They were very professional, we will definitely be using their services in the future.

The installation of the roof went smooth and and they cleaned up super well. All people involved were very nice and upbeat. They made sure the job was done right!

Got up on my roof recently and was shocked. I knew it was bad but I thought I had a couple years. Wrong. I live in Stevens Point and called all the locals hoping someone could squeeze me in. No luck, they're all booked until next summer. I broadened my search and found ARC. They had a salesman there the next day with free estimate. Price was in line with what I've heard and they said they were 2 weeks to a month out. They had a crew there about 3 weeks later. They ran into a problem on my garage and Jake called me with the info (he was running my show). This slowed them and added cost but was necessary and appreciated. Would have finished in a day but delay added another half day. Jake and the crew were great. They worked hard and cleaned up well. A gutter downspout was wrecked but was replaced within another day. You get what you pay for (in this case anyway), and this was a solid investment. I'm very pleased and would recommend highly.
