Amazing bike shop, they care about you and your equipment. I have a road and mountain bike from them, and I love both bikes. Turn around time on repairs is amazing. Great service, professional, friendly, and awesome people to work with. I highly recommend them for all your bicycle needs.
Very professional staff. Helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy. Chris and the owner teamed up to ensure we purchased the right bicycle with all the correct adjustments. They also took their time to help us select accessories. They made us feel comfortable and let us know that we could come back at any time with questions.
We are new to mountain biking and these guys have such wonderful service! They help educate and direct us to what we need. If something doesn't work out, they are more than willing to exchange or help us find the right products. Highly recommend!
Quick and easy look at a disc rotor, with the issue fixed no problem. Would sure be nice if my hometown shops were this helpful.
