I contracted Motto to replace the roof on the house I purchased 5 years ago. The previous owners left us a house that was equivalent to a pig with lipstick. Lots of hidden issues related to water damage due to a leaky roof and poor water mitigation.nJosh's crew came in and gave us a great new roof, gutters, and replaced the damaged decking only where it needed to be done to help us save money on repairs. Also his crew graciously replaced a poorly done prior repair without charging us extra for the extra work needed to remove plywood glued to roofing material nailed to shingles.nI would and have recommended this business to anyone who is looking for a contractor who does good work, fair pricing, and makes sure the job is done right and the customer is satisfied.
We would highly recommend Motto and Sons for your next roofing repair and/or replacement. They are very professional, very efficient and do great work. Many times you'll have a new roof complete from start to finish in one day.
Three people recommended Motto & Sons and THEY WERE RIGHT. Team arrived early and worked long to stay ahead of incoming inclement weather. They protected house and yard from damage and cleaned up when the job was finished. All questions were answered. All were pleasant to work with. HIGHLY recommend Motto and Sons.
Roof, siding, gutters, facia, patio door and window. Professionally done. Don’t think it could have been installed better. Josh and crew were personal and professional.
