They were professional, on time, and the roof was done quickly. They were helpful on moving cords when we left the house. My yard was clean and things were put back in their place. They also moved some of my stepping stones so they wouldn’t break. After it was done, I walked around with Jason and he talked about what they did. All my questions were answered. He even answered a siding question I had. I was very pleased with the job
The workers were efficient, pleasant, respectful and worked the entire 2 days!! They appeared to enjoy their work and working for this company as they were smiling and talking in a relaxed manner among each other, while they were performing their jobs well!nnThe job supervisor was pleasant, professional and excellent as well! Helped alleviate our dog’s fear of the noise! He kept us informed as to the progress and any necessary concerns.nnWe were very pleased working with Dan Kelly. Jason kept us updated on the progress. He fully explained the materials and process for doing our roof. He really cared about our satisfaction. The roofers worked very fast and did a wonderful job.
Dan Kelly, Project Manager, and Jason Johnson, Project Expediter, were great to work with. My questions were answered and areas of possible concern were addressed. Dan knew what I expected and followed through with expectations. Jason was wonderful to work with the day of the new roof. I would recommend him as a project expediter to anyone having a new roof put on. He answered all my questions, was on the roof watching, assisting and assessing the quality of work as it proceeded. My neighbor had Ridge Top the year before for a complete new roof and after watching that project, Ridge Top was one of three companies I considered for my project. I am so glad I went with them.
Jason Johnson and his crew did a great job installing a roof on our house and garage. After weeks of dry weather, we found ourselves with two different pop-up downpours during the installation. The crew not only protected my property by quickly getting the roofs covered with tarps, but they still finished the project in one day, even with those rain delays. The property was cleaned up really well before they left. Very happy with the services performed.
