I called to get an estimate due to my roof leaking. They went out to my house right away to look at the roof, even though I was at work. I was very appreciative of the promptness and quick availability. When I received a call back they told me that it was a simple fix: the vent needed calking. Myself, having never had to deal with this before, asked if this was something my husband and I could fix. Almost immediately I was told that I was rude and he “couldn’t believe that I would ask that”. This went on for a few minutes while I was silent on the other end of the phone. I finally told him that I wasn’t quite sure how to respond to this, and he told me (sarcastically) that they would fix it and he hung up on me. I was left speechless and extremely upset, to the point of crying. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in the customer service business. I truly did not know how to respond. Again, while I appreciate the promptness and availability to look at our roof so quickly, I will never choose to work with this company ever again due to the rudeness I experienced on the phone call.

Your company recently replaced the fascia/rake boards, repaired our chimney cap and ridge vent, as well as, replaced a couple of shingles over the garage on our home. Your crew did an excellent job. The workers were very professional, on time, and the guys stayed on the job until they were done and cleaned up. Your price was very reasonable.
