Found exactly what we needed for basketball. They have a great selection of sporting apparel and a decent selection of outdoor activities. Every associate that we had dealt with was very knowledgeable and very well mannered. Something you don't get in a lot of stores.

This place is hit or miss. Second to last time I came to buy some bowling shoes, this was awhile ago. Guy that helped me was very nice and helpful. Helped me place my order online and arrived quickly. But today I came in to look for a splash guard for my water bottle. Guy at the entrance was like, “Oh I don’t know if we have it, it’s back by the Yeti’s or back there past pro shop” while pointing. Not offering to show me where. I went back to where it pointed, could not find it. Then another woman, who I wasn’t sure if she worked there or not, mumbled to me “it’s back here” by the Pro shop. Nothing. I walked all over and eventually found what I wanted. Very poor customer service this time... it’s a huge store, it’s better to walk with your customer to show them the item so they can get what they need. I know we need to maintain social distancing, but there’s a better way to do it instead of pointing and not being sure where something is. I’ll go to Scheels and REI when they open.
The store always has what I need and the service is friendly and knowledgeable.
Pleased with the CDC guidelines being followed. Same things I could buy at Scheels but less people. PLUS they sanitize counter and pin pad between each customer... will keep me coming back.
