Outstanding service! I wanted to start biking to work but was intimidated by all the options and expensive gear. That all changed when I walked into Wheel & Sprocket! The team is outstanding that way - they’re happy to take as much time and answer as many questions as you have to help you make a confident decision. In addition, I’ve always ended up with gear that is a perfect fit for both my needs and budget. Most recently I was gently steered away from the more expensive set of pedals I thought I was going to buy, and I rode home on a less expensive set that I love. The whole team is extremely helpful and personable. Remarkably, Peter the manager always remembers me when I walk in the door and takes time to ask about my job and family. Really - I can’t say enough about the Appleton Wheel & Sprocket team. They’re great!

Our sales contact was great. He was pleasant, very helpful, and even delivered our 2 trikes to our home when they came in. The team of Wheel & Sprocket put our trikes together. My Husband had to tighten quite a few loose screws and the basket was put on backwards by the team on my Husband's trike. He took off the basket and put it back on correctly. Their team should put more quality into their work.

Called Wheel & Sprocket, Appleton, to find out how much and how soon they could repair a flat in my rear tire that I did not want to mess with myself. Kyle informed me that they could usually repair a flat within an hour of bringing it in. When I showed up with my bike, Kyle went to work on it right away, answering my questions and even making a small adjustment where the tire was rubbing. Within minutes I was on my way with a repaired flat and another spare tube for $20. Great customer service from Kyle!

Service was quick and friendly. My husband really likes the smart phone holder I bought for him. It works great on his bike and useful for the app he has for biking.
