I am very happy with the job Kevin and his team did for me. He gave me a great price and communicated with me throughout the entire process about what they were doing and answered all my questions. Kevin made me feel the job he was doing for me was his number one priority.
Kevin Bicknell (Paul Kevin Bicknell) from Best Choice Roofing did a job for me consisting of a garage and fixing the improperly installed flashing that has been leaking into my kitchen when it rains hard, which he did earlier. When he finished the garage I paid him in full telling me he was going to head over to my 2nd house to fix the flashing. He called and said he would do it the following week because he had another job to start. Well that wasn't cool since it was actively leaking but I said ok. Since then I never heard back from him and have left several messages. Since he was already paid for the job he figured he didn't need to actually do it. Dumb on my part as well. He is a crook.
