Eric’s Construction was paid to replace our roof & install ridge top vents. Later, when remodeling our home we discovered the vents were never cut out. Our roof also leaked. I called Eric several times to fix it. He eventually came out, but did not fix the issue. It still leaked & caused damage to drywall inside. He refused to look at it again & blamed it on our siding (which was in good condition & had not been worked on). Eric DOES NOT stand behind his work. We had to hire another roofing company to fix his mistakes. That roofing company stated that part of roof was flashed improperly. People make mistakes, I get that. Bottom line- Fix your mistakes & stand behind your work!!!!!!!
I spoke to Eric on the phone- he provided a quote and agreed to provide services the same afternoon. Eric asked that I send address, etc, via text because he was driving. I sent text twice, and he never responded- by text or phone- nor did he ever show up to clear my drive. Bad way to do business.
