I contracted The Window Store of New Berlin to replace all of my windows and sliding glass doors in my family room and they did an amazing job! I am so happy! Trent and his crew were great and were very attentive to any questions or concerns that I had. They corrected issues that came about from the windows being so old, from 1965! What a difference and they look beautiful! Also the staff is fantastic; from my first call, to getting a quote and having final measurements to ordering and finally the install; just wonderful people. I would recommend the Window Store of New Berlin anytime!! Great company, fantastic people!
My first experience with this company came through a typical door-knock walk-by. I am usually apprehensive when it comes to these tactics, but I scheduled an appointment, as I wanted to get my roof replaced for a few years. There were times when I could not keep the appointment due to work and family, so they scheduled the appointment around me, which made me feel important. The customer service was excellent, often replying to my e-mails within minutes. Actual completion of the project just took one day, and I am very satisfied with the result. Throughout my experience with this company, they have been flexible, understanding and a pleasure to work with. The price i paid was very reasonable and the result very satisfactory. I would strongly recommend this company if you are looking for a new roof.
I had a new roof installed recently and am very pleased with the result.nnDominic explained the materials that would be used and the choice of shingles and flashing. He was very patient, professional, and thorough. He has a good knowledge of the roofing materials and the installation process.nnThe whole process was well-organized and efficient. Michelle notified me in advance of the day the dumpster and roofing materials would be delivered and where they would be placed. She also let me know ahead of time when the work would begin.nnThe installers are all certified, and they worked very hard. The work was completed much sooner than I expected. They did an excellent job cleaning up when they were done.nnI had questions along the way, and the entire staff was very patient and professional. They answered my questions thoroughly and completely.nnThe new roof looks very good--very professional work.
Greg came and took his time to explain our options and offered his advice that doesn’t break the bank. He even gave us pricing for different options so my husband and I could make an informed decision. We are excited to get our new window in and save some money on our electric bill with a better quality window. Thanks for great communication and allowing us to ask all of our questions.
I'm so happy with my new windows! The Window Store did a wonderful job! Everyone was so easy to work with and the communication was excellent. From sales to installers -- it was a great experience. My new windows are so pretty -- I almost don't want to put blinds over them!!
