We purchased 11 replacement composite windows (DH 7500) and a new screen door for our home.nnThe team at HomeSealed were on top of their game throughout the entire process.nnI made an online request and even though it was on a Sunday they still responded to my online request the same day. They were diligent about keeping us informed of the scheduling and installation process and delivery dates.nnThe sales team arrived at our home, answered all of our questions, and gave us an honest, no pressure quote. Once we purchased the windows the office staff team kept us informed of our installation and delivery every step along the way.The windows arrived on time with no delays.nnThe installation team was exceptional. They were on time, extremely friendly and did a great job of explaining everything they were going to do. The installation went smoothly with no mess whatsoever inside or outside of our house. They took the time to explain everything about our windows and answer any questions we had.nnWe live in an older ranch home with a lot of oak woodwork. The wood grain composite windows look great with our existing woodwork.nnWe highly recommend the working with the HomeSealed team!!
Our new windows were installed quickly and look better than I expected. These Okna 800 windows and exterior trim totally transformed the appearance of our house. My experience with Home Sealed was probably the best, that I can recall, with a contractor. They communicated well, showing up on time, did exactly what they said they would do, cleaned up thoroughly and did not leave until I was completely satisfied. What else could you ask for.
My wife and I bought our new home last year and we knew we needed to update the windows. I called HomeSealed Exteriorsand they were great when it came to replacing my windows. Their price was lower than what I expected and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about getting new windows or any other updates on their house!
Extremely misleading salesperson and overall bad experience. We got 16 new windows from HomeSealed when we were selling our house. There was a special going on that said that we would get 6 months with no payments or interest. Turns out that was not the situation and we had to pay immediately. We have been trying to get answers from HomeSealed as to why we thought this was the special and why the salesperson was so misleading and we have gotten nowhere. I even talked to Dan, the salesman, about how nice it would be that we would not have to pay right away. He said nothing of the contrary. It's unfortunate because the installers were great. The windows are more expensive and we would have gone with a cheaper company if we had known this. Do not go with this company if you want to know exactly what you're getting into.
Front entrance door install went great. A little disappointed with the quality of the screen door. Wanted full exposure with no obstructions, but the screen door has a chain hanging down in front of our beautiful leaded glass storm door. Was very detailed in the purchase that we wanted full exposure with no obstructions. My old screen door had no chain hanging down from the top. Was told I could buy a cylinder to replace the chain.
