Modern Exterior’s pricing is very competitive. Tyler did a great job setting up the siding job using a very good siding product. The crew that did the job was experienced and at one point in the day they worked right through the rain. I highly recommend Modern Exterior for siding work
I hired Modern Exterior based on their Google reviews and the recommendation of my neighbor. It was by far the best experience I have ever had with any contractor or remodeling project. They did exactly what they said they would. I wanted a more up-to-date fully remodeled exterior on my home, they did windows, a roof replacement, siding, soffit/facia and gutters. They offered very reasonable financing options. The job was started soon after and was totally completed within a week and a half. NOT mostly done and “I’ll be back to finish later.” I have unfortunately had that experience with other companies. Their workmanship is exceptional! Mike and Tyler are fantastic guys to work with. Simply the best.
Mike and Tyler we're phenomenal. They were always updating us on the progress. They gave us more options than we ever expected, and they were more affordable than the bigger companies. We had siding, windows, gutters, soffit, facia and roofing completed. They thought of all the little things that we didn't plan for so that the whole project was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Modern Exteriors.
Tyler is an extremely personable and professional man. When I needed my roof and siding replaced he was there and kept his word throughout the entire process, that word being that I would have quality work done in a timely order.
